Business Sales Rep

Salary$80,000 a year base with unlimited commission

7+ years minimum Digital Sales/Service required

Requirements and Skills

  • Google/Bing/Yahoo Ads Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media across native, display, video and search advertising; including some combination of Sales, Operations, Service and / or Sales Excellence.
  • Deep competitive knowledge of the players and partners across the digital advertising solution ecosystem that can elevate client success and help create solutions that result in positive revenue impact for the business.
  • Experience driving conversations with C-level clients
  • Passion and curiosity for building, including all of the ambiguity, risk taking, failure and iteration at high rates of speed that is entailed.
  • Demonstrated success moving from ‘start up’ to ‘scaled business’ is critical and the ability to move easily and constantly across functions (Sales, Ops, Strategy, Marketplace), partner sets (Business Development, Finance, Engineering) and client conversations (both c-level and more tactical).
  • Understanding of the priorities and drivers for internal partner teams, sales operational team needs, and what measures are required to influence the business to drive greater value for clients.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated passion for advertising solutions and technology and its use in driving revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive amid ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%
